Blue has not had the best life. She was owned by a homeless person that lived in the Ventura Riverbed. Her owner passed away 6 months ago and she has been just living from person to person. She was hit by a car four weeks ago and needs medical help. You can see in the picture that her front leg is broken. She has had an initial exam that was $550. She will need to have her leg amputated with could be around $2,000. Please donate to help us take care of this girl.
