Furry Funding is working on reducing the over population of dogs in the homeless encampments in Ventura. We are partnering with several veterinarians to accomplish this, but we need funding. Meet Purdee, she is a 4 year old female owned by a homeless man. Purdee was in heat and soon to be pregnant if we didn’t step in. Thanks to Dr Jeff Ohm who went in and transported her to the clinic and performed the spay. We eliminated the potential for at least 6 puppies. The cost to Furry Funding was $800. We need help in continuing this effort.
