This sweet pocket bully had just started her heat cycle and she was bleeding heavily and not eating much. She has been with her family since the day she was born and is more than just a pet — she is part of their family and so loved by the 4 children that live with her.
This single father reached out to Furry Funding for help. He is doing everything he can to provide for his kids, and couldn’t afford to get her into a vet. This was an extremely urgent situation, and we feared that this could be pyometra. We were lucky to get her into Dr. Slaton and he confirmed our worst fears that in fact she did have pyometra and needed emergency surgery to save her life. The cost of the surgery was $2,400 and we really need donations. We hope she has a happy life.
