Poor Dexter Dexter wasn’t doing well. He was crying a lot, and when he tried to eat, he would take a bite and shake his head and walk away. We suspected he had rotten teeth that need to come out. Dexter is about 14 years old and is owned by a disabled Fireman. On top of that, Dexter’s dad is going through a nasty divorce where he is left with nothing. Everything was stolen from him. We were able to get Dexter to the vet and after $340 for antibiotics, blood work, and meds Dexter needed to have several teeth pulled. He has had the dental and they had to remove three rotten teeth, and one tooth that was broken and that was what they believe was causing the pain. Dexter is home and doing well. He is back to eating and being a happy dog.
