Lavender was hit by a car on 1/19/24 and luckily was taken to the shelter by a good samaritan so her owners could find her. We were able to get her into Paw Works for an appointment with a orthopedic surgeon. The best option for Lavender was to remove the leg that was damaged. Thank you to all who donated. Lavender is doing well and on the road to recovery.
