Penny has been suffering from ongoing skin allergies and irritation. She was constantly licking her paws, and despite trying everything—changing her diet, holistic remedies, and frequent baths—nothing had brought her relief. She also has a skin tag on her chest that has been there for years and seems to be getting bigger.
Her owner hasn’t been able to take her to the vet due to financial situation. She had rotator cuff surgery in May 2025, and after a recent MRI showing new and recurring tears, she may need another surgery. She has been unable to return to work and has no steady income right now.
