Chewbacca is a 10 year old poodle/chihuahua mix and he had a large growth on his hind leg that was breaking open. H
e needed to be seen by a vet and his mom couldn’t afford it. She unfortunately put it off and it is now critical. We scheduled a vet appointment for Chewbacca and he had surgery to remove it. We had the tumor sent out and unfortunately it did come back cancer. We are hoping it is a slow growing cancer and he will live out the remainder of his life just fine. The important thing is that he is not in pain anymore.
