Maddie’s mom had fallen on hard times. She was homeless for 5 years, and has had several medical issues that prevented her from working. Maddie wasn’t feeling very well and her mom was worried about her and reached out to us. We agreed to get her an appointment with the vet and did a senior blood panel to see what was going on. This poor girl had severe allergies, a horrible ear infection, and was in need of a dental. Her teeth were so bad that it was causing her pain. We paid the $376 for the appt which included blood work, ear cleaning, and a cytopoint shot, and then paid $1800 for her teeth cleaning. This was a significant drain on our funds.
