Furry Funding received a call from a case worker for Many Mansions. She has a resident that has a 19 year old dog with a mammary tumor. They wanted to have the tumors removed. We got an appointment with the vet to evaluate if she can handle a surgery. The estimate for the surgery was over $1,000. Unfortunately, Daisy passed away at home with her owner. The surgery would not have helped. She was 19 years old and would not have been able to undergo a surgery that invasive. Our hearts break for her owner, she was all he had. We wish all dogs could be loved like Daisy was. Run free sweet girl.
