This sweet little 19 year old chihuahua needed to get a tooth pulled. We sent her in to see if they could do it without anesthesia, but unfortunately, they needed to do bloodwork and see if she can be put under anesthesia for a dental. We wouldn’t do it, but she won’t eat and is in pain. The blood work came back not great and the vet didn’t recommend the anesthesia, but poor Chica was not eating, so the vet agreed to do it. When thy got in they had to remove all of her teeth. The cost was $750 and Chica made it through the surgery and is doing ok. In some pain, but no more teeth to hurt her.
