On August 5th 2022 Founder Cathy received a phone call from a woman who had found 3 puppies that had been left in a box by the freeway in Monrovia, CA on 7/8. Two of the puppies had already found homes. The female was left and needed to go to a rescue.
12 week old gorgeous puppy into their rescue where she will be safe and get the rest of her shots and spayed (she has had first set of shots) and eventually be adopted.
We were able to secure a foster, so Cathy and Bob picked the puppy up from the good Samaritan who was taking care of her and took her to Hank’s Legacy to get her 2nd round of shots, her Bordetella, and Microchip. She was also dewormed. The foster arrived at Hanks Legacy within the hour and the puppy is now home with the foster enjoying getting to know another puppy and the family.
