Ozzy had suddenly developed a painful, raw bald spot on his leg from excessive grooming, and it was getting worse quickly. The area is red, irritated, and he won’t stop licking it, even with a collar. The owner was afraid it was an infection or something more serious, and he needed to be seen by a vet as soon as possible.
