Because We Care – Because We Can (BWC2) is a unique horse rescue that also provides a unique service. Their services are built upon the philosophy of EARNING the trust, confidence and respect of the animals and people we work with. By building these stronger, healthier relationships, BWC2 has proven success working with three distinct, yet similar, groups – Veterans and First Responders, Horses and Children with Special Needs. The horses used in their program are rescued and many have come from abusive situations and have had issues to get over themselves. The lessons they provide to the veterans and children are free of cost.
Their Mission is to Build healthy relationships between the lives of horses and people, using the tools of their proprietary Trust, Confidence, and Respect Horsemanship.
