🚨 URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR PEPPER & HER NEWBORN PUPPIES 🐶💔
On April 16th & 17th, Pepper gave birth to 5 beautiful puppies. One of them, tiny girl Spot, was born with a cleft palate and is fighting just to survive. She cannot nurse from mom or take a bottle, and requires specialized feeding and constant care just to stay alive.
They have been desperately trying to get help from vets and emergency hospitals, but keep getting turned away or referred elsewhere. Time is critical, and they are doing everything we can at home, but are overwhelmed and scared of losing her.
Pepper herself is also not doing well. She is extremely underweight, not eating properly, has ongoing discharge after birth, and may have an infection or other complications. On top of that, her milk supply doesn’t seem to be enough for all 5 puppies.
The family is already struggling financially, and do not have the funds for the urgent veterinary care both Pepper and Spot.
💔 Furry Funding has gotten them to the vet for an initial visit, but we need to raise funds for more care for the puppy. Funds will go toward:
• Emergency vet visits for Pepper and Spot
• Specialized care and feeding supplies for Spot
• Medications, tests, and treatment
• Spay for Pepper when she is stable
