This is Raskal, he is a 14 year old handsome little man but he is having a horrible time with itching. He has totally itched the fur off his back and needs to see a vet ASAP. Hi owner used the last of her food money to buy over the counter medication for him and it did absolutely nothing. Please donate so we can get him to the vet.
